This is the division for designing the building structure to protect life and property from disaster such as earthquake, storm and snow and additionally bringing out special function of factory, etc. We will accomplish the quality of building in consideration of its economic efficiency by understanding customer’s needs and setting up target function with earthquake resistant, seismic isolation, vibration control in earthquake resistant construction.

Evaluation of seismic capacity and reinforcement design
In our country where there are many earthquakes, the research and the study are superimposed on each time a major earthquake occurs, the consolidation of technical criteria and development of new technology have been worked on. Therefore, the old buildings (build before 1981) are not in compliance with present technical criteria and buildings seismic capacity must be checked. This is so called seismic diagnosis and the present condition of structure shall be researched and analyzed to judge maintaining its intensity. If seismic capacity is not enough, it must be improved to match with present technical criteria by seismic reinforcement.

Quantity survey (Quantity survey division)

This division verifies construction cost by making a detail estimate sheet to extract and add up the material and quantity of each building members complied with its drawing of design and specification.
It is absolutely necessary work for cost management and contracting of works.

Development division handles private properties. Main businesses of development division are to make proposals of various effective utilization of land and approach, welfare facility land, finance, plan, design, construction and operation cooperation, business photovoltaic generation business and cemetery business
